Built in 2014, our West Covina location is a spacious, state-of-the-art medical facility with 13 exam rooms and one procedure room for Family Care. The facility also houses a separate Pediatrics Department and an onsite Pharmacy.
The beautifully designed interior welcomes patients with rich finishes, hardwood flooring, flat screen televisions and vibrant artwork.

Lina Dela Cruz, M.D. is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Dela Cruz graduated from Lyceum Northwestern University in the Philippines in 1989 and completed her residency at Capital Health System, Helene Fuld Campus in New Jersey. She has been in practice for 20 years and believes the most important aspect of being a physician is to have heartfelt compassion and respect for each of her patients. Professionally, her interests include asthma management and women’s health and she is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. Dr. Dela Cruz is fluent in Tagalog.

Antoinette Levier, MSN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she has developed strong clinical expertise in internal medicine, family practice, women’s health, and pediatrics.
Ms. Levier earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is deeply committed to promoting optimal health through preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based treatment.
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Ms. Levier takes the time to listen attentively to her patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
