Michael Bang, M.D.

Michael Bang, M.D. is a highly motivated physician that demonstrates excellence in all aspects of his service. He has practiced as a Family Practitioner for over 15 years. Dr. Bang earned his medical degree at University of Maryland Medical School and completed his training at University of Southern California. He offers physical examinations, cholesterol testing, wound care, immunizations, skin biopsies, fitness programs, stress reduction plans, ongoing evaluations and many other services. His interests are in family practice and urgent care.
Adelaide B. Willis, M.D.

Adelaide Willis, M.D. is an extremely caring and dedicated physician. She has been practicing as Family Practice Physician for over 30 years. Dr. Willis earned her medical degree from Charles R. Drew/UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Willis completed her residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship with emphasis in Geriatrics at King/Drew Medical Center Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Arenas earned his medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine and completed his training at University of Southern California, LA County. Dr. Arenas does not just treat the condition; he strives to meet his patients’ needs with compassion and respect. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine and is fluent in Spanish.
Antionette Levier, FNP

Antoinette Levier, MSN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she has developed strong clinical expertise in internal medicine, family practice, women’s health, and pediatrics.
Ms. Levier earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is deeply committed to promoting optimal health through preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based treatment.
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Ms. Levier takes the time to listen attentively to her patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Claudia Melara, FNP-C

Claudia Melara, FNP-C, has dedicated her career to healthcare, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), advancing to Registered Nurse (RN), and now serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. Claudia is passionate about promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting the well-being of her community through patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, and maintaining an active lifestyle that reflects her commitment to wellness.
